We loved staying at this hotel located in a peaceful area with a newly-developed suburb. The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating, always giving excellent service. The in-room amenities were great, including the mini-bar and electric kettle. The garden furniture provided a comfortable sitting area in the terrace outside which was perfect for relaxation. The housekeeping service was also impressive.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden in Florence. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Before arrival, I emailed them with a special request to make a reservation at a restaurant that didn't have a website. Not only did they immediately honor my request, but they also confirmed the reservation before my arrival. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the tram, making it effortless to reach the city center in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, getting to the airport was a breeze. The friendly and welcoming service from the staff truly made my stay memorable. The only minor drawback was the shower door setup, which made it challenging to keep the water from splashing onto the floor. Despite this, I had an overall pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
